Metro Bike Share Adventure: Koreatown Park-To-Park Ride
Join us on Metro Bike Share Bikes to connect Koreatown with the surrounding parks, including Seoul International Park.
If you are bike-share-curious, this free activity is for you and will include prizes, giveaways, lessons in using Metro Bike Share (MBS) and incorporating it seamlessly into your life.
On this ride, we will explore the route to different community sites around Koreatown. Starting at Seoul International Park, we will roll south towards Normandie Recreation Center, then ride northeast towards Harold A. Henry Park and back around to Seoul International Park. This ride will be approximately 5 miles on city streets. There will be some mild hills on this route.
We’ll meet at Seoul International Park for a brief introduction to the Metro Bike Share System and road safety. Riders on Metro Bike Share Bikes will be provided with a helmet. Riders are welcome to join the fun on their own bikes – helmets are required. Free Metro and Walk ‘n Rollers swag included.
NOTE: All Metro Bike Share riders must be 16 or older. The first 15 registered riders will have access to a free MBS bike and helmet. You are welcome to join the fun on your own bike if MBS bikes are sold out.
