When signing-up in the app and the user is using a mobile number outside of the US, a verification code is not required and the user can proceed to the next step.

Most major debit and credit card networks are accepted i.e. Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, JCB, Union Pay.

International riders may experience issues when purchasing a pass through the app, particularly when using credit cards issued outside the United States. If your payment is declined, you may need to contact your bank to authorize the transaction before trying again.

Make sure the billing information associated with your payment method matches the billing information connected to your Apple Pay or Google Payments Center account.

Apple Pay:

• Open the Wallet App on your iPhone and tap “Apple Card”.
• Tap the “More” button. , then tap “Account Details”.
• Scroll to Billing Address, then tap your address.
• Tap Update Billing Address and provide your new information

Google Pay:

• Go to the Google Payments Center and sign in to your Google Account.
• Click on Payment methods in the left-hand menu.
• Locate the card you want to update.
• Click Edit.
• Update your billing address and click Update or Save.
