Low-income riders can receive additional transit relief with the LIFE Program.  The LIFE program offers discounts on select passes or 20 free rides on Metro (bus & rail) or any of the participating transit agencies. If you’re new to the program, you will get a free 90-day pass (not valid for riding Metro Express Bus or J Lines). After the first 90 days, you can continue to load the LIFE discounted passes or 20 free rides onto your TAP card. Metro LIFE members are eligible for Reduced Fare Passes at $5/month or $50/year for Metro Bike Share.
