Who is eligible to use the Bike Share for Business program?

Employees of participating companies are eligible once their employer completes the program setup with Metro Bike Share.

How do I sign up for Bike Share for Business?

Once your employer is registered, you will access the Bike Share for Business sign-up portal, verify your work email address, and complete the sign-up process on your own. All employees must use a company email address in order to sign up.

Do I need a Metro Bike Share account?

Yes. Employees must create a Metro Bike Share account to purchase a discounted pass through the Bike Share for Business portal. If you have an existing Metro Bike Share account, you must create a new one using your work email.

Is a credit or debit card required?

Yes. A valid credit or debit card is required at sign-up to cover any potential usage fees, even if your pass is discounted or reimbursed by your employer.

What pass options can I purchase?

Eligible employees can purchase discounted 30-Day or 365-Day Metro Bike Share passes through the Bike Share for Business sign up portal.

Am I responsible for any usage fees?

Yes. Employees are responsible for any usage fees incurred.
