Pass fees are charged when Metro Bike Share enrollment occurs. Depending on your pass type, you may opt-in to auto-renewal. Auto-renewal can be updated at any time by logging into your account online or in the app.

If you enrolled through metro.net/bikeshare, in the app or at a kiosk, usage fees are charged 24 hours after your trip ends.

For passes purchased through TAPtogo.net, usage fees are charged once bike is docked and trip is completed.
